[Release] Binary verification YUM job for arm64 is timing out for 25.0.1

Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.

Running verification for 25.0.1 I've realized that our job for YUM verification on arm64 is hitting the timeout of 30 minutes. During verification it timed out 2 times, see:

The 25.0.0 job was successful in 11 minutes so I am unsure why it's taking so long at the moment.

Weirdly enough it doesn't seem to be stuck anywhere, it is just taking a long time, @kou any thoughts?

ok, third time worked so we might just ignore this. The only question is whether we should bump the timeout a little?
