in chapter 2 of 2nd ed, p37 says:

percent sign(%) A wildcard matching one or more characters

it should say something like "zero or more characters"

Hey, thanks @ekki6! Someone had also emailed me about that, but I had forgotten to mention it in the FAQ in this repo. That's added. Will try to update that reference if No Starch does another printing of Practical SQL.
