App raises the sound every single card that I press a button on.

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

On my Samsung Galaxy a56 every time I press one of the buttons, "good" or "again", the sound goes up on its own. I checked and it actually goes up to 100 if I keep pressing buttons and don't lower it down myself. The app doesn't even have any permissions and yet this happens.

Expected behaviour

The app shouldn't be doing this, obviously.

It's hilarious that such a thing can even happen. Did you try the new study screen (enabled from the settings)? You can also try latest alpha https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/releases.

Also, please try with basic cards, it could be an issue in your template.

Well, I just tried the new study screen and it seems to have fixed it. But I'll have to see if this comes back, because I used to restart my phone to fix this problem, so it might very well still persist in the future. I'll keep this open for a couple of days.

Just tried pressing on the "play" button, has the same effect. Every time I press it the volume goes up. Please, reopen this

Actually, I've just encountered this issue in a different app for the first time. It's the phone's fault, though no idea how this works. So yeah. Thank you for your help anyway.

I googled it and apparently there other Samsung users facing this issue (but it also goes down for them). Some suggested turning "DOLBY ATMOS" off.

Yeah, tried it and it doesn't work. Going between insta feed and reels tab raises the volume as well. Funky stuff.
