Don't spam, the feature you're requesting already does exist since 8 months:

• Add option to lock install/uninstall package manager dialog and active apps menu  #6

it's disabled by default, so an user needs to turn it on in options.

There is a problem however, for some users the feature is completely broken and doesn't work at all:
