Brief Description or Elevator Pitch: Tracker Porti ingests live AIS data for the ports and sea areas you care about and turns raw ship-position feeds into an actionable risk picture. Every vessel gets a live risk score — built from sanctions screening (OFAC, EU, UK, UN), Port State Control history (Paris/Tokyo MoU), behavioral signals from Global Fishing Watch, and enrichment from sources like VesselFinder, MarineTraffic, and Equasis — so analysts can spot a vessel worth a second look (say, one flagged for potential arms trafficking) without combing through a dozen separate tools.
Beyond scoring, it gives you the operational picture: live maps, historical replay, berth-level tracking, ship-to-ship rendezvous detection, and persistent watchlists — with instant alerts (in-app and Telegram) the moment a followed vessel re-enters an area, docks, or its risk score spikes.
It's self-hosted, multi-user, and built to run lean — one Node.js app, no heavy infrastructure.
The main aim is to help NGOs and volunteers to monitor ports, harbors and fleets looking for weapon or drug traffic, but I guess it can be easily used for many other purposes.
