Add stop_condition or max_page_number to DefaultPaginator

wordpress (and im sure many other apis) blows up on some endpoints (media is one) when you request a page beyond the max. So if page size is 100 and there are exactly 200 records (response header x-wp-totalpages value of 2), DefaultPaginator will request page 3 and throw an error.
