feat: add invention modules and stress tests

Add invention modules (impact, regression, citation, hallucination, truth, semantic_search, architecture, concept_nav, pattern_extract, archaeology, prophecy_v2, compare) with edge case and stress tests. Includes rustfmt fixes.
