Subject: [PATCH] fix(mistral-vibe): ship tar.gz for POSIX targets

zip extraction strips macOS Python.framework symlinks, corrupting the
bundle (exit status 255, slice is not valid mach-o file). tar.gz
preserves symlinks and is already used by the Zed extension.toml since
v2.23.1. Windows stays zip (no symlinks in Windows builds).

sha256 hashes fetched from the v2.23.3 GitHub release API.
