Update everything

Apparently, I haven't touched this repo in 4 years. In that time, there have been a few technical improvements that would make this repo a bit more timely and robust.

Subtasks to consider:

• Switch build to Github Actions.
• Switch weird tooling munge into something much simpler.
• Generate code from source docs.
