Description
Obtaining the error in the title when running UST as usual

Steps to reproduce

• need to have an orphan BusinessID, showing "Not available" type in Users menu (or ? as Identity type in all users extraction as csv, from Users menu)

Expected behavior
'unknown' identity type exists within Adobe and it should be recognised and processed by UST

Environment

• UST version: all
• OS type and version: all

** Workaround **
until this gets fixed, one could connect to the Admin Console(s) as system admin -> Users menu -> 3 dots to the right -> Extract users list to csv -> put a filter on first column so that the ? identity type is selected.
All these accounts should be removed from Users menu. If they have cloud assets, the UI presents a dialog what to do with those - maybe transfer them later is better than permanently remove - select what fits best for your use-case
