Show on hover info for cron expressions

In #270, info diagnostics for valid cron expressions were correctly removed. However, the on hover info does not show.

Having the info as before (not as a pushed info diagnostics but as an on hover info box) would be very useful.

For example:

With version 0.29.0 you should see an inlay hint now:

I'm having inlay hints disabled by default and I think many people have it that way. In that case, there is no way for me to see the information on the cron interval at all. I think the info should definitely show in the on hover info box as it is does for basically all elements in the workflow yaml file.
