Possibly verbose config files

Please correct me if wrong, but I suppose some config files, e.g. configs/cifar10/al/RESNET18_DBAL.yaml, are verbose.

Would you please give instructions on choice of config files?

../configs/cifar10/al/RESNET18.yaml
--init
vae
--al
dbal
--exp-name
al_cifar10_vae_trial1
