How to test inbox settings?

I've configured everything properly (i think) but nothing happens. IMAP folder has plenty of emails, checked in my email app.

Hey, For testing outgoing emails (replies) from inbox create a outgoing conversation from “New conversation” button on the sidebar. And for IMAP test i suggest you check the value of “Scan inbox since” in inbox setting. Defaults to 48 hours, meaning it scans emails received in the last 48 hours. If you haven’t received any emails in that timeframe nothing will get imported. Or just send an email to your inbox. You can increase or decrease this to change the scanning behaviour. If it still doesn't work, check error logs. Thanks.
