Hi All,
I might be the problem here, but I cannot figure out how to change the customer for a given ticket. Is there a way? I have a particular customer that always emails me issues to my personal email. On going issue for years, but not going to change. With FreeScout, I would forward the email to my support email with "FWD" in the email body and it would skip to reading the details of the previous message.
In this case, I understand that isnt a current feature, so I just assumed that I would change the customer once LibreDesk picked up the email. But I have looked everywhere and cannot find a place to change the contact/customer from my personal email. It is important, because that same customer requires reporting.
