Add Intel Macs aren't supported by the precompiled binaries in the releases section requiring you to clone the repo and build it yourself.
To README.md just so people don't get confused why they got the error zsh: Bad CPU type in executable: ./extract-xiso
OR ignore this issue and leave this issue for others to see

...or we should just add CMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES=arm64;x86_64 to the CI CMake line and have it build a fat-binary.
Personally, I don't have a mac, so I don't feel responsible for trying / testing this.

I assume this only built x86_64 in the past and rosetta took care of it, but runner updates probably made it build for ARM, breaking x86_64? So only building x86_64 is another solution.

Don't worry! I'll test it out myself. I'd be the one to blame if something went wrong. I'm actually working on an Apple Script with a GUI that can compile it, and use the software. So Intel Mac Users and M-Series(Arm) Macs can all have a proper GUI with this tool.
