deprecate old ontologies

Otherwise, I think https://github.com/WorldModelers/Ontologies/blob/master/wm_with_flattened_interventions.yml is good for removal

https://github.com/WorldModelers/Ontologies/blob/master/wm_with_flattened_interventions_metadata.yml#L905 is named food export, but https://github.com/WorldModelers/Ontologies/blob/master/wm_flat_metadata.yml#L1063 is named food exporters

Simlar differences here as well:

• https://github.com/WorldModelers/Ontologies/blob/master/wm_flat_metadata.yml#L1385

I'm fine with deleting the following 3 files once the above minor issues are addressed:

I did not check that everything in https://github.com/WorldModelers/Ontologies/blob/master/feb2020_interventions_metadata.yml is captured in https://github.com/WorldModelers/Ontologies/blob/master/wm_flat_metadata.yml

The concept greenhouse is in wm_flat_metadata.yml , but not in wm_flat.yml

Ah, gotcha! thanks! That's one of the problems with the strip_metadata script :(
the script should be redone or at least fixed, but it's been a back burner issue. but good catch, thanks! It's now fixed :)
