Can't install speechsdk on Fedora 43

Fedora 43 has eliminated WIN32 prefixes.

Winetricks says the speechsdk can only be installed on a WIN32 prefix.

In Windows, the SAPI5 speech SDK installs OK on Windows 11 with WOW64.

It seems like the speech SDK might work if it is installed on a WOW64 prefix.

Is there a possibility to fix this?

It works to some extent if you do:
WINETRICKS_FORCE=1 winetricks -q speechsdk
I have apps that start being able to talk through SAPI but they do not seem able to switch to voices other than the default. Registry changes can help with that though.
Still, I would prefer that this not be a hacky workaround. Use case: Audiogame manager, some games need TTS to speak.
