This repository contains the code to retrieve and handle metadata from WLG single-cell Atlas.
The main goals of this project are:
- To create a default procedure for retrieving the WhiteLab Genomics single-cell Atlas metadata.
- To create a set of functions for the manipulation of the metadata.
- To create a set of functions for the summarization of the metadata.
