[CKEditor 5] Closing the settings dialog moves the selection to the beginning of the document

After closing the settings dialog, the selection is moved to the beginning of the document.

We don't save the cursor position in the current state of the WProofreader implementation. The close dialog action executes internal browser focus method which sets the cursor position to the beginning of the document.

This behavior can be addressed as a part of the closer integration (plugin for CKEditor 5) by using internal methods of CKEditor 5 which work with saving and restoring selection.
