i have my panel css path as ~/.config/wf-shell/css/default.css. panel follows it for everything except the launcher widget. which seems to use /usr/share/wf-shell/css/default.css. if i change name to /usr/share/wf-shell/css/default.css.bak the launcher widget will follow the default.css specified.
