Menu sometimes pops up again after use

Steps to Reproduce: (usually from no open toplevels)

• Press Meta to open menu
• Type partial name of an app
• Press Enter

The app starts and (sometimes) the menu re-opens again.

This may be a very recent problem ? i too only encountered it very recently while working on #395. Thought it was due to my changes, but well, if you got it too… the lack of a consistent setup to test makes it hard to know :P

I believe I only manage to trigger it when I have no windows open, leads me to believe the enter key-release event is getting caught by the panel and therefore the widget.

Probably fixed by claiming key on press and actioning on release

note that may or may not be of interest : it just happened to me on an output with no toplevels, while another output has some.
