Experiment: Replicate Analysis of CRISPR Plates in U2OS and A549 Cells

The CPJUMP1 dataset includes CRISPR-Cas9 knockdowns with two guide RNAs per gene.

To maintain consistency with the compound dataset, we use the “long time points” subset, which consists of cells incubated following CRISPR-Cas9 knockout.

We will conduct the same replicate analysis that was done with the compound plates.
