[Bug]: Windows 11 ISO does NOT boot unless is 1 CPU

Booting W11
Unless Guest has 1CPU, it will be freeze

How can we reproduce this?

1. Get Official ISO from Microsoft -> Win11_25_H2_Spanish_x64_v2 (language is not important)
2. create guest with 2 or more CPU's
3. Boot
