.got.plt function isn't resolved by Binja

This was due to us not having implemented R_386_IRELATIVE, which I've done in 15e3a9f. At least on the provided sample, all of the functions appear to be hooked up properly now.

This should be addressed now in builds >= 5.3.8955-dev.
