vscode内置的快捷键没法用了(改进意见)

当处于编辑区的时候，无法使用vscode的内置快捷键

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 打开一个文件
2. 焦点切换到编辑区
3. 按下vscode内置快捷键，比如ctrl+i来启动内联AI聊天
4. See error: 无法正常使用快捷键

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 1.32.4
• VSCode version: 1.107.1
• OS: Arch Linux

改进意见：增加一个快速开启和关闭vim模式的快捷键，以便快速切换在vim模式中和vscode中使用快捷键
