how do i install this on ubuntu mate please help

i followed the guide but ubuntu mate says its missing GTK+ how do i fix this

Which version of Ubuntu Mate are you using, exactly? Installing these packages might help:
sudo apt install libgtk-3-0 libgtk-3-common libgtk2.0-0 libgtk-3-dev pkg-config

By the way; this theme is mainly made for KDE, which means that you shouldn't expect this theme to work on other DEs.

If you are talented enough with theming in CSS, you could try to fork the theme and make something which works on the MATE DE.
