Rshiny mapper problems

my gis folder includes lineshape 、polyshape and geoshape files as needed，but when i use Rshiny DSS mapper to plot choosing plotly map format ,i can't get anything in my plot as showed in problem picture，it could work choosing leaftlet map format, all my picture cannot show anything as long as it's plotly map format, what can i do ？

I'm not familiar with the rsparrow shiny app. I'd ask @lgormansanisaca but I think she's on leave so might take awhile to respond. It's probably going to be hard to troubleshoot, but might help if you send your shapefile. Also if you could rename it to ASCII characters, that will also help.
