[Dynamic page]: Pin/unpin button should not be available on mobile devices

Bug Description

In the Dynamic Page, the pin/unpin button is currently available on mobile devices.

This action should not be available on mobile devices, as implemented in UI5 and stated in the SAP Fiori guidelines: “On small screens, the Pin Header action is not provided, as the pinned header would take up too much screen real estate.”

The ui5-dynamic-page supports pin button on a mobile device, but the Fiori guidelines contain "In the smartphone version, the pin action isn’t provided, as the pinned header would take up too much screen real estate." so we need to adapt the implementation accordingly.
