[Tokenizer]: Clear All button a11y issue - cannot be accessed by keyboard

Describe the bug

When both multiLine and showClearAll are set to true. the "Clear All" button is presented. It cannot be navigated to by keyboard.

Reproduction steps

1. In the official example I provided, you can just enable the two properties.
2. The "Clear All" is presented, you can test it here. Or any other examples for this point.
3. Screen readers do not work too.
4. A final customer reported the issue.

Expected Behaviour

Work with keyboard navigation and screen readers.
