For polyphemus metis-loader file glob matching, in order to specifically grab the '_umap.pdf' files, we need the file name to have some additional bit so that a glob is possible (currently "*_umap.pdf") that wouldn't also grab the '_confounders_umap.pdf' or the other QC umaps outputs.
