Option to always deny cracked if premium account exists

Can you please add an option to always deny cracked players if the username they chose is owned by a premium account, even if that account never joined the server before.

This would greatly reduce impersonation of youtubers and other famous people. It would also eliminate the issue of a premium player not being able to join because a cracked player registered their username.

Describe the solution you'd like

When this is enabled, if a premium account joins, do the normal stuff and when they're cracked you check if an account exists with this username and if yes they can't join. Otherwise continue as usual.

That's exactly what autoRegister does. If new players join the server, their username is first checked if they own a premium account. If that's the case, FastLogin directly requests an onlinemode authentication, which will fail if the player isn't the owner.

Existing players is checked against the own database in order to prevent people from "stealing" existing accounts.
