## Terms and Conditions

### 1. DEFINITIONS

"Software" refers to the Informatique Réalitaire (IR) framework code, documentation, and associated materials.

"Methodology" refers to the proprietary analytical and optimization methodology used to develop the Software.

"Licensee" refers to any individual or organization using the Software.

"Commercial Use" means any use primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

### 2. GRANT OF LICENSE

#### 2.1 Research and Personal Use

Subject to the terms of this license, the Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

- Use the Software for academic research purposes
- Use the Software for personal, non-commercial experimentation
- Modify the Software for research purposes
- Share research results citing this Software appropriately

#### 2.2 Restrictions

Licensee may NOT:

- Use the Software for Commercial Use without explicit written permission
- Distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software without authorization
- Remove or modify copyright notices or license terms
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the proprietary Methodology
- Use the Software in production systems without a commercial license
- Create derivative works for commercial distribution

### 3. PROPRIETARY METHODOLOGY

The underlying methodology, optimization techniques, and analytical frameworks used to develop the Software are PROPRIETARY and CONFIDENTIAL.

These methodologies are NOT open-source and are NOT included in this license grant.

Access to the complete methodology requires a separate commercial licensing agreement.

### 7. TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates if Licensee breaches any terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

### 8. GOVERNING LAW

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international copyright laws.

### 9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
