Git for Strategy — Project Status

Current State

GitForStrategy is a fully built, shippable plugin with 21 skills, 7 commands, 8 templates, 13 seed patches, and setup guides for 6 platforms. Released and pushed to GitHub.

What's Done

  • 21 skills copied and organized from CoworkPlugins into 6 phases
  • 7 command files for the pipeline workflow
  • 8 templates for every pipeline artifact
  • 4 scripts (init, validate, suggest-seeds, compress-context)
  • 13 seed patches with triggers, steps, and evidence
  • 6 platform setup guides (Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Gemini CLI)
  • 3 hooks (pre-scout, post-spec, pre-commission)
  • 4 documentation files (methodology, pipeline, measured-outcomes, seeds-reference)
  • Problem-first README with install, pipeline, examples, comparison
  • Plugin manifest (.claude-plugin/plugin.json)
  • CONTRIBUTING.md, CHANGELOG.md, MIT LICENSE
  • GitHub repository created and v1.0.0 tagged and pushed
