Feature request: add an option or a define to generate MDMP or macOS crashlogs after a crash

The crash reports generated via the crash handler contain important information, but sometimes that's not enough to understand the issue.
We would greatly benefit from a way to use the native crash handler on both platforms.

I think that the validate-in-process option alongside disabling the pluginval crash handler would permit that, but I just saw that you've removed this option in the version 1.
