Does ScratchAttach allow users to bypass the New Scratcher cloud block?

I saw that hackers like @veryrealhcker's accounts were made hours or days ago, but were still New Scratchers.
New Scratchers can't use cloud variables, so I wondered if ScratchAttach didn't have a check for this.

If it does bypass this, you might need to add that, as hacking is becoming a really big problem on Scratch.

There will always be ways to do it unless scratch does something about it.

yes. banned accounts are also able to set cloud variables. this is a problem on scratch's side

even if this functionality is removed from scratchattach, you can still do it by using other libraries, or making your own. And we will not, because the cloud requests system is the main feature of scratchattach

How can I check if I favorited a project before using scratchattach?

In theory, you can't.

However one thing i can think up of, is to checkt he view count of a project you favourited, post a view, and see if it changed. if it does, then you probably did it with scratchattach. however this is not foolproof

Never mind I found a way to do it with if project_id in user.favorites()
