At least 32 GB free in /var. How to increase my /var size?

The At least 32 GB free in /var requirement is not satisfied, how do I increase it, isn't it suppose to read from the overall filesystem?

I changed the docker data-root to /opt/docker where I have plenty of space by defining in /etc/docker/daemon.json following:

{
  "data-root": "/opt/docker"
}

... and restarting docker by systemctl restart docker

But unfortunately winboat still checks the space of /var

Where is this check done?
