Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
AS IS:
When the user clicks on "join" pool button and after cancelling the request then the button keeps bouncing

SHOULD BE:
The button should stop bouncing after a user removes focus from it

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. go to ETH pools list
2. select pool and click to join
3. click cancel on the modal window
4. go back to the pool list
