You will get a lot of requests from new retail users that do not understand what to do. Create a screen-cast video BEFORE go live and links to it throughout the site to prevent emails, messages, etc. This will be faster for the user, increase user satisfaction, and decrease support requests.

See video. Add it everywhere, links, faq page, footer, etc. Start with one and build on it. Make sure to include text narration.

I was going to do a screen cast for you and submit, but I was getting an error. I can only assume the error has to do with the test network.

Save you and your support and social media team time and resources by setting up these videos before the 16th. You will not regret it. This is highly recommended. Also, you will need to add a link to metamask. You might want to add mobile is not supported as well.
