<h1>Neotarium - NEOs Engine</h1><br>

<p>We (Code Conquerors) have developed an interactive web application that simulates a 3D orrery to visualize the Solar System and Near-Earth Objects (NEOs), including asteroids and comets. The app displays data about planetary orbits and highlights Potentially Hazardous Asteroids (PHAs), showing their paths and proximity to Earth. Users can explore orbits, control the speed of time-lapse simulations, and toggle between different celestial bodies. This tool educates users about the dynamics of NEOs and their importance in space exploration and planetary defence.</p> <br>
<p>This is a project powered by <a href="http://threejs.org/" target="_blank">Three.js</a> and <a href="https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/WebGL_API">WebGL</a>. All objects within this project have been modeled to <span data-tooltip aria-haspopup="true" class="has-tip" data-disable-hover="false" tabindex="1" title="Scale = 1 * 10^-4.2">scale</span> based on real astronomical data. The scene currently renders the sun, planets, each planet's moons, the asteriod belt and thousands of stars.</p>
