New feature request: export /usr/local/etc/privoxy

Hi,

I am so happy to find your docker for privoxy with https! Before this I was using ProxHTTPSProxyMII_py and have been searching on the internet for a docker version! Finally I found yours! Great tool!

To make it even better, I have a small request:
Export the folder /usr/local/etc/privoxy as persistent storage so that I can add new filters and actions files. My setup with ProxHTTPSProxyMII_py currently has quite a few custom filters and actions from other internet sources like easylist. I want to use these same actions and filters files with your docker. Is this possible?
