Description
User Story
As a super admin,
I want to search, view, and take action on any user account,
So that I can enforce platform policies and handle support escalations.
Acceptance Criteria
- Search users by email, name, phone
- User detail page: profile, registration date, region, subscription, activity log
- Actions: suspend (with duration), permanently ban, force password reset
- Bulk suspend / export users matching filter
- All actions logged in audit trail
