Hold scrobble when offline #1944

It will be useful when someone listen to music offline and would like to scrobble later when they're connected to the internet.
Describe the solution you'd like
Just like last.fm with Spotify(? need confirmation), it will save the playing data locally, then when the user is back online, it will sync and send the scrobble data that the user is listening to while offline.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Save playing data only when tauon is disonnected from the internet (indicated by "Network error. Please try again"). Then, when the user is back online, it'll sync to a provider (last.fm/listenbrainz/something else) and optionally delete the playing data file.
