issue in OIDC configuration documentation

Hello, there is a small issue in the documents for OIDC configuration:

Should contain the upper opening and closing brackets {}, such as:

OIDC_AUTHLIB_OAUTH_CLIENTS='{"<your provider name>": {"label": "<human readable provider name>",...}''
