chore: add package-lock.json for dependency management

- Add package-lock.json with lockfileVersion 3 for npm v9+ compatibility
- Lock all dependencies including obsidian, esbuild, typescript, and dev tools
- Ensure consistent dependency resolution across development environments
- Improve reproducibility of builds and installations for contributors
