Idea is that someone should have a chance to visually confirm any changes we make to their address before we change it.
Question: what are the scenarios where someone doesn't use the address autocomplete already?
We did see people who didn't put in a Zip code when signing up for a Tyler account, so at least some people don't use auto complete--either accidentally, or maybe because they have a browser-based autocomplete that competes.
This might not be super high priority, but we have seen examples of people providing invalid addresses, even on forms that have address autocomplete.
