Filter/hide sessions the admin has joined

Nobody ever needs (as an admin) to see the sessions they are secondary users on.

But think through if this changes for true multi-user interviews

Yes, I think so. Makes me lean to a list that is: "My sessions" and "Sessions I joined"

I guess this is a separate issue, but I wonder if "sessions" is intuitive enough for a typical user … Not sure what would be better, though.
