Add ranks

Add in the ranking system that tells you what rank you are given your score.

Since we haven't finalized the exact rank language, we want to implement this with the ability to swap out ranks easily. Preferably being able to swap ranks files via a url param. Here's the image being used now.

Do we want to keep the images? One solution is to use CSS to position text over an image template
