I am running version 4.0.14-1 of SE on a CachyOS distribution based on Arch Linux.
The version of Mono is 6.12.0.206-1.1.
I experience this problem when I use OCR on Italian subtitles.
When I run OCR, individual characters are flagged as errors even when they are correct. Even if I skip or resolve the problem, this choice is never stored, and the same error or false positive is prompted every time.

This problem is really annoying, and I don't know how to solve it or work around it.

EDIT: As a workaround, I added all single-character words and corrections manually inside custom lists.
