The Wiki says at the part regarding using CommonLibSF that :
Instructions for consuming CommonLibSF using vcpkg are provided at our vcpkg registry repo.

But the URL is not reachable ?

Same for https://github.com/ThirdEyeSqueegee/vcpkg-ports pointed to by Cmake.

What am I doing wrong ?

You do nothing wrong, that vcpkg-ports is deleted indeed, and the original CommonLibSF repo is dropped, no longer functional. If you want a working repo, navigate to the new one.
