You know the project. This is about using Claude Code to close issues efficiently while implementing the 2026 design.

Getting Started

1. Pull latest from develop
2. Review design screenshots in docs/2026-design/
3. Follow the daily issue list in docs/TASK-BREAKDOWN.md

Workflow

For each issue:

1. Tell Claude: "I'm working on #XXX: [title]. [paste issue body]"
2. Claude implements, you verify
3. Close: gh issue close XXX -c "Implemented in [commit]"

What to Skip

• Discussion issues ([Discussion] Product decisions needed for 23 open issues #523) - need product decisions
• Infrastructure issues - deferred (Node upgrades, Azure, CI)
• Security deep-dives - need dedicated review
